Technical staffs of SHINWA SANGYO Co., Ltd. are engaged in the investment casting wax which meets the needs of the customer, by use of the blend technology of various resins and waxes.
Our R & D has evolved from the wax blend based on the past experience to the new blend based on the data by various physical and chemical analysis of raw materials and also the products.

Molding Wax Patterns
The characteristic of investment casting wax pattern depends on not only the properties of wax itself but also the injection molding condition greatly. SHINWA SANGYO Co., Ltd. has two injection machines. The wax patterns are made with these machines and are examined on the shrinkage rate, strength, surface smoothness and other properties.
